What are the technical means to implement to use Verifgood in your establishment?No specific infrastructure is required. Access to Verifgood is via the web, wifi or 3G/4G from mobile devices (smartphone, tablet) or desktops (Mac or PC).

Do QR Code tags resist over time?The standard labels delivered are specially designed to resist UV rays and detergents. They are discreet and particularly resistant to detachment.

Is a tablet more practical than a smartphone?Smartphones are easier to carry on a daily basis, but 7-inch tablets have a larger reading surface. In the case of a smartphone, opt for a model from 5 inches.

Is the Verifgood solution suitable for a small technical team (less than 3 people)?The solution is perfectly suited to small teams (from 1 technician). Pricing can be adapted to the number of users.

Is the Verifgood solution suitable for outsourced curative and/or preventive maintenance?Yes, because the management of contracts and external verification tasks is planned. In the case of curative maintenance, the external company can be contacted by email directly from the maintenance sheet. Internal staff who sign the work order can directly integrate the document (scanned or photographed) into the maintenance sheet and change its status (from "in progress" to "closed").
